Q. What guarantee do you offer?

Q.  What is U-Value? 

A. U-value, is the rate of transfer of heat through a structure. The better-insulated a structure is, the lower the U-value will be

Q. Are Aluminium Doors Secure?

A. Aluminium doors are more secure and will withstand forced entry significantly better than uPVC, fibreglass composite, or wooden doors because they are inherently robust and solid and have inherent design integrity.

Q. Which ways can I order? 

A.The most easy and convenient way is to order online. But you can also place your order over the telephone with a member of our team and they will email you a copy of the details for you to check over.

Q. Where are your products manufactured? 

A. All of our products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory in Essex 

Q. Do you offer installation service? 

A. Unfortunately we don’t offer any installation services as we are a supply only company. We advise all installations to be carried out by a professional to minimise issues after fitting

Q. How will I receive my door? 

A. All of our products are kerbside deliveries only in protective wrapping. Glass and the panels may arrive separately and unloading the goods may require assistance 

Q. Do I qualify for a FENSA certificate? 

A. A certificate issued by FENSA Building Regulation attests to the installation itself. A FENSA certificate ought to be able to be obtained from your installer. If not, or if you are doing the installation yourself, the local Building Control can validate the work. Q. Can I cancel my order? 

A. Yes, orders are able to be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing. Please call or email support@doorlab.co.uk as soon as you realise a cancellation needs to be made. Charges may be incurred from order cancellations 

Q. Can I Amend my Order? 

A. You have a 24-hour period to amend your order. Changes made after this time, may not be possible or lead to additional charges.  

Q. What to do if I have a problem with my order? 

A.If you already have your product, please immediately email support@doorlab.co.uk your reference number and images/videos to illustrate the problem you are having so we can assist in the best way possible. For further information on this please read our terms and conditions

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

A. We have rough lead times on our product pages however, some profile colours are not stocked and need to be made at time of order, and in these cases delivery times can be longer
